About Your Teacher

Hi, I'm
Lee-ann

I'm a certified yoga teacher with 25 years of yoga experience and hundreds of hours of training. My journey with yoga began as a way to find peace and strength during a challenging time in my life, and it transformed into a calling to help others discover the same.

My approach blends traditional yoga with modern wellbeing practices, always guided by trauma-informed principles. I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age, ability, or experience.

My Teaching Philosophy

Yoga should feel like
coming home

I believe that yoga is not about achieving perfect poses or pushing your body to its limits. It's about creating a relationship with yourself, finding stillness in movement, and discovering what your body needs in each moment.

Trauma-Informed Practice

Every class I teach is designed with safety and choice in mind. I offer options, encourage self-modification, and create a space where you're always in control of your practice.

Accessible to All

Whether you're a complete beginner or have been practicing for years, my classes meet you where you are. I believe everyone deserves to experience the benefits of yoga.

Mind-Body Connection

Yoga is more than physical exercise. I integrate breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness practices to help you cultivate a deeper connection between your mind and body.

Community & Support

Practicing yoga is a journey, and you don't have to do it alone. I'm here to support, guide, and encourage you every step of the way, both in class and beyond.
