5.1 Online Classes (Elevate Studio)

Elevate Studio provides access to pre-recorded yoga classes, meditations, and wellness content. By subscribing, you receive:

• Access to the class library during your active subscription
• New content added regularly
• The ability to stream content on personal devices

Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download, copy, distribute, or share content with others.

5.2 In-Person Classes

When in-person classes are available, the following terms apply:

• Class bookings are subject to availability
• You must arrive on time; late arrivals may not be admitted
• Please inform us of any injuries, health conditions, or pregnancy before class
• We reserve the right to refuse entry for health and safety reasons
• Classes are for registered participants only

5.3 Health Disclaimer

Important: Yoga involves physical activity and carries inherent risks. Before participating in any class or using our content, you should:

• Consult with a qualified healthcare provider if you have any health concerns, injuries, or medical conditions
• Inform your teacher of any relevant health information
• Listen to your body and modify or skip poses as needed
• Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort

By participating in our classes, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and that you are responsible for your own health and safety. All You Yoga and its teachers are not liable for any injury, illness, or damage that may occur during or as a result of participating in our Services.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

6.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.

6.2 Subscriptions

Elevate Studio subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan). By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically at each renewal period.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial periods
• Your account will revert to free access (if available)

6.4 Refunds

Refund policies vary by service:

• Subscriptions: No refunds for subscription fees. You may cancel future renewals.
• In-person classes: Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice may be rescheduled or credited. No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations.
• Workshops/courses: Refund policy will be stated at time of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property
